Q: How long must I wait at my knitted product before I get it?
A: All our styles are handmade , that means if we get the order, we start to knit ."we knit a sweater when we you want us to". it will take maximum 4 weeks to knit your unique piece and than only 3 days of delivery.

Q: I don't live in holland, can I still order?
A: Yes, for sure you can order.  MADLEAF is a global brand so we love it when our pieces are worn by kids allover the world. All our pieces will be send out from the country where it is made, that means that the the shipmentcost will depend on where the buyer lives.

Q: I want to return my product, how can I send it back?
A: Yes, in certain ways it is no problem. Contact us by sending an email or call custumerservice for advice.

Q: How should i take care (wash) of my product?
A: The cool thing about wool is, it is a renewable and recyclable natural fibre. That means that wool repels dirt. It´s built-in, waxy outer layer resists moisture, dirt and stains. Airing out wool is a very efficient form of self cleaning. Also you need to know that wool naturally peels a little.

Production is self sustainable, the shearing occurs once a year. When we are using or buying wool we are choosing to support our environment.
